Great shoe, Zappos service: WOW - I am very happy with these shoes. I've been wearing Vans since the 80s though, so I knew what to expect. What really blew me away though was Zappos.com's service. The shoes arrived overnight, even though I did not ask for overnight shipping… at no extra cost. Incredible service - keep it up!

Vans Half Cab Pro (Black leather/White sole) - This shoe is excellent! The look and feel of it are like no other. If you skate/ride(bmx), they are perfect. The sole is just thick enough for absorbing impact and thin enough to feel the board/pedal under your feet. The materials last also... YEA YEA!

A Desperately needed pair of shoes! I wanted something with a high ankle, but didn't want to fall into the Nike-dunk craze. I found these on Urban Outfitters, ONLY in orange. Sure enough, like a champ, Zappos had a myriad of colors and sizes, all of them great! The Shoe: noticeable arch support, thick soles (a good inch to 1&1/2), and a true fit. not particularly insulating from the cold. A bit narrow; I could feel blisters on my big toes from where they were rubbing. Not sure if this is from needing to be broken in or my foot's own shape. Don’t expect to slip these right on. That in itself is a struggle, because the opening is designed to fit right around your ankle. Again, this may be because they are brand new. All around, love them, as do many others. Lots of comments! PS- not bad for long walking. Been doing a lot of that lately, and my feet are feeling fine.

Amazing - The absolute BEST shoe I've ever skated. Great board feel and feels light but not to light. It's definitely one of, if not the best skate shoes out there. True to size, true to width, great support all around.

Awesome - These shoes have a great look great feel and the best part. They're old school. I skateboard so the shoe really feels a part of me if I feel like going out and kickin it.

A timeless classic - The Vans classic Half Cab is timeless. This shoe has been around for a long time as one of the first pro model skateboarding shoes. Steve Caballero and Vans got together and made a wonderful shoe and all of these new (old) colorways are great. They fit very true to size but the sole tends to stretch out giving you a little extra room after about 2 weeks of wear. They skate very well for a vulcanized sole shoe.

ALWAYS GREAT! I've been wearing Vans most of my life. I'm glad to see Zappos has such a wide variety. Especially the Half Cabs. As always Zappos is the best!

Nice shoe - This shoe is freakin awesome. I skated them at a Woodward-type camp for 6 weeks and there was hardly any wear to them (which is definitely saying something the way I skate). They have good board feel once they break in, but not as much as the Eras or TNT 2s. Anyway, overall these shoes are crazy good.

Nice, son! So sexy. I am lovin’ the black leather and the red ones! I have already gotten Half Cabs before, navy ones, and they're great. They’re legendary! And they're a perfect shoe to skate in. Yes, I skate and they work great. Get ‘em now. I am about to snag some leather ones myself.

The best - My bf has sworn by Half Cabs for years and loves skating in them. I got myself the black leathers and him the all blacks. They're so comfortable and look awesome on!
