I have had these shoes for around a month and a half now and I am very pleased. They are very comfortable and last really long. The only con is that once they do start to rip they go pretty fast, so I suggest buying a tube of shoe goo if you start to see a tear. They provide great board feel and are great for flip tricks. Two thumbs up here!

eS Theory 1.5 Grey/Purple - Grey/Purple - Justin Eldridge has done it again! These shoes are uber stylish and uber comfortable. I skate about 3-4 times a week and I've had these since Christmas. Not a single rip. No tearing. Nothing. I don't understand the strap in the middle. It looked kind of cool, but what was the point of it? Oh, and if you can find the grey/purple colorway, put the purple laces on! Chicks dig the purple, baby!

Theory 1.5 - far better than the original - Where to start with these...Being a hardcore street skater for 7+ years I'm always looking for that one shoe I can rely on for some time. These are my pick for the year most definitely. If you've ever skated the original Theory's or even the Theory Mids, you're most likely familiar with the durability issue. The 1.5's are much tougher this time around, and the location of the arch strap is perfect for protecting your laces. The shoe has a great balance of board feel and shock support (coming from a skater who tosses himself down gaps and sets on a regular basis...no complaints here). This is a must have, 5 stars in my book.

Shoe Size: Felt a full size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
You could get better for less - These are ok; they are not comfortable at all even though they have STI foam. But they do last a while because of the vulcanization. The arch strap is completely useless and looks bad. Also they have NO arch support are really thin but felt one size larger (length wise) than said.
