I loved the service and prompt delivery; however, I received 1 size too small, and was not comfortable with returning or felt I could. I actually have 2 hats that are 7 1/2. I needed the next size larger. Brixton is a great product. I wish I had received this earlier.

I purchased this hat for my husband (who had seen it worn by an acquaintance) after finding it on the web with you. I did good because he loves it. It’s made of quality fabric, and the construction is sturdy and durable. He says it’s very comfortable. I know it will last long and well... even should it get rained on. In fact, he’s mentioned he’d like the grey version to go with his black garments. I like it because it isn’t too dressy, but certainly not lazy casual, and he wears it with many things. I also think it good value for the price.

Great Hat! I am very pleased with the purchase of this hat. Neutral style makes it easy to put on for any occasion. Shipping and service was right on par for Zappos.

Worth having - Over clock-time I have somehow built up a pretty extensive hat collection and this is one that I’m glad I’ve got. Slightly bigger than the typical medium but it's right there in the ballpark. Nice buy!

My Husband said it was the best Christmas gift! My order arrived promptly and in great shape. Overall, it's a great casual hat and my husband loved it! (He even wears it around the house.) The brown is very rich and chocolaty. The fit is great also. It's nicely lined inside and very well put together. Great quality! I think I'm going to get more colors for him.

This hat is definitely good for a stroll - I just moved to fashionable Newbury Street in Boston and this hat is perfect for running errands. Similar hats sell in the boutiques here for much more. Love it. Thanks Zappos!

Very comfortable! Got the grey/burgundy. I love it. The tag was held with a safety pin, so you know it's awesome quality! Feels great, not stiff at all. Definitely a stroll hat. Thanks Brixton!

Stroll is ballin - This hat is insanely comfortable, I absolutely love it. I ordered it on a Saturday night, and received my shipment that Monday. Freakin sweet.
