I have purchased several pairs of shoes/boots from Zappos and have loved every pair I have received. Size is true, have no problem with that. Quality is great. Service is great also. Thank you.

Very cute and comfortable - I bought these when my new Etnies broke after one week of just walking. After breaking them in they're comfortable. They have a small arch which is something I definitely need. I like the style and that they come with 2 different colors of laces so I could choose. They have a 30 day manufacturer's warranty on the box which was a relief since I had a bad experience before, but I won't need to take them back since I love them a lot and they seem really well put together. I didn't notice that they had two grommets/eyelets on the inner side of the shoes so if you live in an area with a lot of rain/snow you might get wet feet, although I haven't noticed anything yet.
