This boot is very comfortable and lightweight, perfect for leggings and tights. The heel can use a little extra padding if you stand on your feet all day like me, but I added some cushion inserts and they feel great. My only complaint is that the bow does unravel a few times a day.

These boots are well made and comfortable. Actual fit runs smaller than size; order a half size larger than you typically wear. I normally wear an 8, but the 8 1/2 fits perfectly! I love these boots!

These are very cute and comfortable boots. But be warned, THEY RUN VERY SMALL. I usually wear a 6.5; occasionally a 7. I ordered a 7 in these boots because another reviewer mentioned they run small. But even the 7 was too small and I had to return them and order a 7.5. But Zappos sent me the new boots for free overnight! Wow!

just what i was looking for - I really wanted a pair of grey flat boots for casual-wear. These are very comfy, stylish, and are the perfect shaft height for me. I have very skinny valves, so slouch boots are the only option for me. The only thing is that the ties become undone occasionally, and I hate to get them dirty. I was hoping they would feel half a size smaller like other reviewers said because I am a 5.5 and the smallest size offered is 6. Unfortunately, I think they are true to size, and I kept them anyway because I love them. I will put thick insoles in them to make them snug.

These boots are super cute and very comfortable. I ordered a size 7 (can wear 6.5-7 depending on shoe) so that I could wear tights and funky knee socks with them. The fit was perfect and I was amazed at how soft and comfy they were. You can't go wrong with this boot. I bought this in black and another style boot in brown, that I ended up returning because I didn't like them as much as these. I ordered the brown in the Niagra the same day I received my black ones. Love them!

So cute! I ordered these for my teenage daughter in August, just as school started. She loves them and has been wearing them with everything from shorts and skirts to her favorite skinny jeans. Thanks Zappos!

Cheap looking. I ordered these boots because I'm pregnant and wanted something stylish and comfortable and these looked good online. They definitely run at least a half size small so I can't comment on the comfort, it was the close up look at these that turned me off. The faux suede is really cheap looking, and the diesel gray color is lousy. The only good thing was that they seemed to have a warm lining. The reviewer who disagreed with this must live somewhere farther north; they would be fine in the Mid Atlantic region, and if you prefer a faux leather look. I personally could not send them back fast enough!

I ordered these two days ago and received them yesterday. Great service on Zappos' part! I chose to order Roxy Niagra because they were out of the Greta style. Very cute, but not overly warm so maybe not the best for walking around during the winter. I am able to fit thick socks in them and tuck my jeans in, but I wish I'd ordered the next size up. My biggest advice is to order at least a half size bigger than your true size. I hope they hold up this winter!
