The color of these are not charcoal. They are a lighter gray color. First disappointment! Secondly, they are very narrow shoes. I couldn't even get my foot in them.

Horrible! I bought them for walking around Europe and ended up with awful blisters; the backs dig into your heels and it does not get any better.

I love the look and feel of these shoes! my feet are sort of small and narrow so certain shoes don\'t fit right, but these seem to be just fine. My big toes it\'s the front a little bit, but as i wear them they should stretch!

LOVE these shoes! They're so cozy and very flexible. I found they didn't need any breaking-in. They fit true to size and are normal width. Highly recommended.

Comfort, Style, Cost & Zappos Service - I first saw the Roxy Fiona in Dillard's in a tan color. I was looking for a durable slipper, but was disappointed in the shoddy styles I saw. After trying the Fiona, I immediately liked it, but wanted to get the best price I could. I also wanted a darker color. That's when I clicked on Zappos.com. I called the 800 number because I wanted a darker color and was advised the shoe would be in within days. It was!!! A few days later I again visited the Zappos website and found exactly what I was looking for. I ordered my normal size (7), but found it a little short for what I purposed the shoe for -- a house slipper. The shoe is very durable, comfortable, and roomy enough for socks or to just slip on and go -- plus they are warm without looking like the heavy shearling lined slippers. I got a 7.5 and save $10 in the process buying them from Zappos rather than Dillard's. I had to make an exchange in size with Zappos and it was so easy. Zappos is the best and the shoe fits like a glove -- talk about comfort!!!! I recommend them.

Too comfortable to be a shoe! This shoe is so comfortable it feels like slippers. Sizing is accurate and it resists stains...I chose a light tan and they are holding up perfectly. I am very very happy!

Wide shoe - I have to disagree about the review on the width of this shoe. I have narrow feet and these shoes were so wide I couldn't keep them on my feet. I have to wear really thick socks.

Cute but not as comfy as I thought they would be - I got these shoes as something to wear in the winter, but they didn't keep my feet warm like I thought they would, and the heel also rubs even with socks. Still cute shoes with a soft lining, but not quite what I was hoping for. I ordered up a half size and they were still a bit snug.

Extremely Narrow - I just received these. I don’t have a wide foot AT ALL but these are the narrowest shoes I’ve ever had. They’re immediately going back. They look very comfy but you can’t get your foot into them, so they’re not. And besides being narrow they are at least 1 size larger then marked. I love Zappos customer service! Unfortunately it’s a shame every shoe I’ve ever ordered has been too small or too large.

Cute, but expensive for the quality - I like this shoe overall. It's very comfy and cute. It just seems a little pricey for what you get...which is almost a slipper type shoe.
